The Library Foundation is proud to once again support the Long Beach Public Library Summer Reading Program thanks to donations to our organization, including a generous contribution from Niagara Cares. This year’s theme, "Reading Take You Everywhere," invites readers to explore new worlds, both real and fictional, with passports provided by the Library to track their literary journeys. The Long Beach Public Library invites novice makers ages 10 to 16 to build, tinker and explore with us for four weeks beginning July 7th - August 2nd. Every week at the Main Library, the Michelle Obama Library and the Mark Twain Library campers will be engaged in design/tech-centered activities that inspire and educate.
