Danita Humphrey Honored with Go Long Beach Award
On March 16, Mayor Robert Garcia held the annual Go Long Beach Awards, to honor bright stars in Long Beach who are doing incredible things in our community. We are so proud to say that Danita Humphrey, of our Board of Directors Executive Committee, was honored for her passion for helping others.
In addition to the Long Beach Public Library Foundation, Danita serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Young Horizons Child Care Centers and the American Red Cross – Greater Long Beach Chapter. She is also the Past President of the Junior League of Long Beach.
